APLICABLE EN CLASE POR EL PROFESOR / APPLIED AT CLASSROOM BY THE TEACHER

✎ Un buen profesor educa, inspira y anima. Un buen estudiante intenta ir un poco más allá del mero "aprender por aprobar." Para ello, el profesor debe generar interés por la asignatura, mostrar la importancia del inglés fuera del contexto escolar y crear un halo de motivación para que los alumnos sigan aprendiendo, razón de más por la que presento miles de recursos de aprendizaje listados verticalmente a la derecha del blog.

A good teacher educates, inspires and encourages. A good student tries to go a little further than the mere "learning to pass." For that matter, the teacher must generate interest in the subject, show the importance of English outside the school context and create a halo of motivation so as to the students keep on learning. This is the reason why I present thousands of learning resources listed vertically on the right of the blog).

  
APLICABLE EN CASA POR EL ALUMNO / APPLIED AT HOME BY THE STUDENT

✎ Metodología propia y personal para el estudio del inglés basado en lectura y repaso de apuntes, resúmenes, deberes y análisis de dudas y preguntas a realizar a posteriori al profesor en clase.

Personal methodology for studying English based on reading and revision of classroom notes, summaries, homework and analysis of questions and doubts to be made to the teacher later on classroom.

TIPO DE ACTIVIDADES / TYPE OF ACTIVITIES

✎ En mi caso me muevo en las siguientes máximas a la hora de plantear una actividad:

- Diversión difícil.
Lo fácil y aburrido desmotiva.
- La cantidad no es calidad.
Muchos ejercicios malos es peor que pocos ejercicios buenos.

In my case I move on the following maximum when planning an activity:

- Difficult and funny.
The easy activity is boring and discourages.
- The quantity is not quality.
Many bad exercises is worse than few good exercises. 

ACTITUD HACIA EL ESTUDIO / ATTITUDE FOR STUDYING

✎ El comienzo de un nuevo curso es un momento adecuado para intentar un cambio positivo en la actitud. No dejar las cosas para el final y empezar con fuerza es lo más adecuado para conseguir con determinación nuestro objetivo: sacar un excelente rendimiento en los estudios. La buena organización del estudio significa preparar los libros necesarios y materiales de clase, encuadernar apuntes, pasarlos a limpio, cuidar los detalles; todo el conjunto son las herramientas básicas de trabajo. 

The beginning of a new course is a good time to try a positive change in attitude. Do not leave things to the end and starting with force is the most appropriate thing to achieve our goal: to make an excellent academic performance. Good organization of the study means to prepare the necessary books and classroom materials, bound notes, care for the details, all together are the basic tools of work.

✎ Estudiar con entusiasmo incrementa el rendimiento escolar de los alumnos. Las buenas técnicas de estudio + entusiasmo son la fórmula ideal, abre la mente y hace más fácil lo difícil. 

Studying with enthusiasm increases the students' school performance. Good study skills & enthusiasm are the ideal formula, open one´s mind and make easier the hard part.
